What we collect. Your property's details (name, location, room count, rates you enter), the competitor set you choose, and market data we gather from public sources on your behalf. If you connect a property management system, we store the credentials you provide, server-side, solely to apply rate changes you approve.
What we never collect. Your guests' personal information. Suitelytics has no access to guest names, contact details, or payment data — our PMS integrations are deliberately scoped to rates only.
Where data lives. Infrastructure on Cloudflare and Supabase (US regions). Push notifications via Apple. Market evaluation uses an AI provider that receives market signals and your pricing policy — never guest data.
Your control. Delete the app and email hello@stratfordmeridianlabs.com to have all server-side data removed.
